Dear fellow QBA members,
As you may know, Hopetoun is hosting an International Horse Trials this year on the 30th and 31 July. The Event is building on the Novice level Horse Trials that has been held here for many years, and on the Hopetoun Summer Fair, now being run together as a bigger and better single event with something for everyone - from the thrill of the Horse Trials themselves to Arena Entertainments, a Kids Zone and speciality shopping on the West Lawns.
Tickets are available on the gate at £15 per adult (children under 15 free!), though advance tickets can be purchased from TicketMaster at only £10.
If any QBA members would like to become more involved we still have advertising space in the programme which I can offer to you at a reduced rate, and include some complimentary tickets (details below). There are also a few Jumps left to sponsor if you would like to sponsor one and have your companies name as part of the course (which includes Hospitality in the Stables).
There is also the opportunity to take advantage of pre-booked individual Hospitality tickets which means that people can enjoy a lunch in the Stables, as well as tea and coffee on arrival and in the afternoon, and exclusive access through the House to the actual event, just to give the enjoyment of the day that extra special feel.
In addition to that we are also hosting a Hopetoun Ceilidh in the Ballroom on the Saturday night with the Cairnside Ceilidh Band. The tickets for this are open to all and can be purchased individually, which means it would be a great way for people to experience Hopetoun Hospitality if your companies haven't quite yet got around to hosting their own Gala Evening here!

We are playing?
A Four ball match is a type of golf match.
In a stroke play competition, competitors are paired and play as a team. Each golfer plays their own ball, with the lower score on each hole being counted. Only one of the pair is required to complete each hole. The winners are the team with the lowest aggregate score over a set number of holes.
